导师简介

唐中林,博士,研究员,博士生导师。中国农业科学院“猪基因组设计育种创新团队”首席科学家,中国农业科学院佛山鲲鹏现代农业研究院执行院长。2006-2017年在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所任副研究员、研究员,2015-2016年在哈佛大学医学院做访问学者,2018年12月-2021年5月受聘为中国农业科学院深圳农业基因组研究所动物基因组研究中心主任。

2014年入选科技部“创新人才推进计划”领军人才,2016年入选国家重大人才工程科技创新领军人才。目前兼任国际PAG-Asia会议共同主席、中国畜牧兽医学会动物遗传育种分会理事、中国畜牧兽医学会养猪分会理事、中国畜牧兽医学会畜禽遗传标记分会常务理事和中国实验动物学会第一届无菌动物专业委员会常务委员、全国生猪遗传改良计划专家委员会委员(2021-2035)、第三次全国畜禽遗传资源普查技术专家组成员、“农业部猪肉质量安全控制重点实验室”学术委员会副主任、“广西壮族自治区巴马香猪资源开发工程研究中心”主任、“广西家畜遗传改良重点实验室”学术委员会副主任,《Frontiers in bioscience》、《Genes》、《Animals》等多种国际刊物和《中国实验动物学报》编委,《中国比较医学杂志》通讯编委。此外,受聘为华中农业大学、华南农业大学、广西大学、河南大学等国内多个高校的兼职教授,荷兰瓦赫宁根大学、新西兰都柏林大学和澳大利亚默多克大学等多个国外大学的博士生联合导师。主持国家自然科学基金重点及面上项目、973子课题、863重点和转基因重大专项子课题、广东省重点研发项目、广东省粤深联合基金重点项目、中国农科院重大科研任务等国家及省部级项目近20项;发表科研论文143篇(其中SCI论文70篇),其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Genome Biology、Nucleic Acid Research、JBC和DNA Research等国际知名刊物发表SCI论文40余篇,论文被SCI引用1037次,受国外学者邀请参编专著3本。作为主要完成人获国家技术发明二等奖、中国发明专利银奖、中国专利优秀奖、广西科技进步二等和三等奖、中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队奖等国家和省部级奖7项,中国科协优秀论文特等奖1项,获国际发明专利1项,国家发明专利18项,软件著作权23项,实用新型专利1项,作为主要完成人培育猪新品种和配套系3个。

团队简介

猪基因组设计育种创新团队专注于功能基因组与基因组设计育种相关研究。主要包括:综合利用高通量的基因组、转录组、代谢组、蛋白组等多种组学技术和精准基因编辑技术,解析猪和小鼠等动物组织器官生长发育、产肉性状、营养利用和抗病等重要经济性状形成的分子机制;利用生物信息、分子和细胞生物学等手段,在分子、细胞和个体水平,阐明基因和非编码RNA的功能和表达调控机制;整合多组学数据和全基因组关联分析,大规模挖掘猪等动物经济性状关键基因和新的遗传标记;开发猪全基因组设计育种的新理论新方法,开展猪育种新材料创制和品种改良。
