  研究方向  

  植物天然产物生物合成与代谢调控的分子机制,对于农作物的品质改良、合成生物学制造、个性化食品以及中医药开发等国家重大需求,均具有重要的意义。团队综合利用合成生物学理念和多组学大数据分析手段,整合基因组、转录组、蛋白质组及代谢组等信息,聚焦多组学分子网络的大数据挖掘与利用和重要代谢分子的生物途径解析与人工设计,实现重要活性天然产物的高效发现、机制解析、定向设计、生物制造和品种改良育种的潜能释放。

  

  团队构成  

  团队汇聚了多位从事植物代谢、天然产物合成途径解析、植物激素信号转导、合成生物学智造、代谢组技术开发和生物大数据分析等跨学科的青年创新人才,平均年龄30岁。团队成员朝气蓬勃、锐意创新、勇于担当、团结互助,力争为解决植物代谢前沿问题、推动农业合成生物学发展与国家农业重大需求贡献力量。
